What is Expressive Arts?
Expressive Arts is always an intermodal process combining at least two creative modalities. This could include writing, poetry, drama, sound, movement and visual Art. Expressive Arts is not about being a "great artist" . Any person can participate. It is all about the process and what is noticed or discovered from it and not the product.
What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction is the exploration of the Sacred, The Holy, or Divine Presence in another's life story. It is a process and a journey of awareness and transformation. A spiritual director is trained in person centered, active listening skills, deep inner reflection and spiritual discernment.
